How To Not Have To Run A Certain Program As An Adminastrator Or Vista?

I recently downloaded a program, but whenever I want to open it, I have to run
it as an adminastrator. I want to be able to just double click it and it opens,
without giving me any warning or whatever Vista does when the screen goes dark.
I want it to open like any other program, like Office Word. Please help me.
